General requirements:
- Deep knowledge of Component/Object-Oriented/Structural design; Object-Oriented Design Patterns
- Multi-Threading and Multi-Process programming experience
- API-level programming expertise, COM (Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, UNIX)
- C Run-Time Library, STL deep expertise
- ATL/WTL/MFC/Qt/KDE/Cocoa GUI frameworks knowledge
