SoftServe Poland Receives Great Place to Work Certification for the Second Year in a Row

WROCLAW, Poland – April 18, 2023 – SoftServe, a leading software development and IT consulting company, has again earned a Great Place to Work Certification™ in Poland based on the results of an anonymous employee feedback survey. The results rank SoftServe Poland above the tech industry benchmark with a Trust Index Score of 88% — higher than the top five companies in the country.

The award demonstrates the company’s commitment to creating a workplace culture that fosters a sense of belonging and pride, empowering employees to grow professionally. It is based on evaluating five aspects: fairness, credibility, respect, pride, and camaraderie. SoftServe’s associates gave high ranks to all.
