SoftServe Announces Vice President of Finance

Yarema Sirko, a versatile leader and a skilled professional with leadership experience at multinational companies, appointed Vice President Finance for SoftServe Inc., a global provider of software development and consulting services.

SoftServe, a leading multinational software development and consulting company, has appointed Yarema Sirko Vice President Finance. In his role at SoftServe Inc., Yarema will serve as the head of corporate finance organization responsible for structuring of finance activities to contribute to company's further growth and ensuring accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.

With extensive experience in business development, auditing, local Ukrainian accounting standards, IAS and US GAAP, Yarema is a versatile knowledgeable leader, a proven hands-on team builder and problem solver.

Yarema started his professional career as Arthur Andersen auditor with his first executive position in 1999 as Interim Chief Financial Officer/Financial Controller for Ukrainian Wave Ltd., a Ukrainian-Greek telecommunication joint venture. In 2002 he proceeded as Financial Controller at Svitoch Nestle, Kyiv. Since 2004 Yarema held the position of Financial Manager at Yazaki Ukraine, being his employment prior to starting a SoftServe.

Yarema received his Master's degree in International Management from Kyiv State University of Economics, and also passed a number of CIMA, ACCA, and other trainings in accounting and finance.
