SoftServe has acquired NewVision Software, an India-based technology services firm specializing in agentic assurance, product engineering and intelligent managed services. The acquisition brings more than 700 engineers into the organization, expands SoftServe's global footprint, and strengthens SoftServe's ability to support clients across complex transformation initiatives globally.
