    SoftServe associates are expected to act in the company’s interest and ensure that any business or personal associations do not create a conflict of interest in relation to their roles and work duties within SoftServe. A conflict of interest could be any known activity, transaction, relationship, or service engaged in by an associate, his/her immediate family, relatives, or a close personal relationship, which may cause concern that the associate is unable or may not be able to properly perform his/her duties for SoftServe.
