2022 Year at a Glance

The last few years have repeatedly tested us. Yet, with each challenge we’ve overcome, we’ve emerged more resilient. Ultimately, 2022 only made us stronger. We’ve become more united, more resilient, and more flexible as a business as we continue to deliver the excellence that our clients expect.

2022 Year at a Glance

Our wide network of offices and co-working spaces from San Francisco to Singapore brought us closer to our clients and deepened our understanding of local markets. Our teams’ diverse backgrounds and experiences enable us to learn from each other and create unique solutions for our customers.

Our Approach

SoftServe’s core mission is to enable talented people to change the world. To foster this goal, we developed and contribute to seven key corporate and social responsibility (CSR) areas. Our sustainability ecosystem is driven by cross-functional councils, our pro-bono tech, and our charitable platforms.

We build corporate processes and implement internal and external programs that contribute to each CSR pillar.

We partner with NGOs and global organizations and engage SoftServians to contribute their time and skills for important causes.

Environmental Sustainability

The change we want to see in the world

We want to do more than mitigate the adverse effects of human activity. We want to make a positive impact through our products, services, and business models. To make this happen, our Environmental Sustainability Team works closely with different groups across the organization to incorporate sustainable principles into our business activities.

Climate Change Report

We released a public Climate Change report in collaboration with the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP).

External Environmental Audit

SoftServe underwent an external audit to determine whether our environmental approaches complied with international standards and how we could improve them.

ISO 14001:2015 Certification

ISO 14001:2015 Certification

SoftServe established an ISO 14001:2015 compliant Environmental Management System. This certification reflects a commitment to environmental sustainability and showcases SoftServe’s low-carbon continuous improvement processes.

This creates an environment where everyone can thrive.  To further foster a discrimination and harassment-free workplace culture and provide equal access to opportunitiess, we’ve incorporated different policies and practices for all stages of an associate’s journey.

Well-Being

We take care of what matters the most

At SoftServe, we strive to develop programs that truly support our associates and their long-term well-being. We transformed our mental well-being initiative into a company-wide Dare to Care program. It provides our managers, leaders, and associates with practical tools and tips for self-care to help them on their well-being journey.
