Dmytro has over 10 years of experience in business analysis, implementation consulting, and project/product management. He specializes in the development and implementation of CRM systems, integration of core banking systems, call center automation, ERP integration, and supply chain automation. Dmytro provided multiple trainings for SDLC methodologies and Business Analysis frameworks and collaborated within the Kyiv IIBA chapter. He was also recognized as the "Best UA business analyst 2019" by Ukraine IT Association.
