Empowering Communities
Making a Difference Through Our Actions
Giving back to our communities is part of who we are. For years, SoftServe has built lasting partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and social enterprises to make the world a better place. That’s because we care and believe it’s the right thing to do.

At SoftServe, we're committed to making a positive impact. So we developed OpenTech, our corporate pro bono program. It's a hub where talented volunteers use their skills to craft technical solutions for nonprofits, government institutions, and various initiatives. With our technological expertise, we make a real difference in the lives of those in need, and it's a truly fulfilling experience.
OpenTech
SoftServe’s associates have always devoted their time, skills, and expertise to socially impactful projects. In 2021, this dedication evolved into OpenTech, a corporate pro bono program that brings together professionals eager to tackle pressing social challenges with their talents. Since its inception, OpenTech has gathered thousands of volunteers, completed dozens of projects, and become a powerful force supporting our communities.

Open Eyes
Open Eyes is a corporate charity fund established by SoftServe in 2014. It’s a response to russia's aggression toward Ukraine. Over the years, it has brought together people who believe in the power of small acts of kindness to create meaningful change and address urgent social issues. Since russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, Open Eyes has intensified its efforts to support Ukrainian defenders and those affected by the war.
OpenSource
Talented people change the world. Driven by this belief, we launched the OpenSource platform, where our team members develop projects aimed at making a positive global impact. They collaborate to solve technological challenges, making their solutions available under open-source licenses to foster a culture of shared knowledge and innovation. We invite everyone to join us on this journey to empower professional communities together.
