SoftServe Secures 2025 SOC 2 Type 2 Report for Reinforced Data Security

Audit outcome validates ability to protect data security, privacy, and operational integrity

AUSTIN, Texas (Dec. 30, 2025)SoftServe, a premier IT consulting and digital services provider, today announced it has successfully passed the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Service Organization Control (SOC®) 2 Examination and has received the SOC 2 Type 2 Report for 2025. Through this independent audit conducted by Ernst & Young, SoftServe has proved its diligent drive to protect customer information and operational integrity by meeting specific Trust Service Criteria for security, availability, and confidentiality, as outlined by the AICPA.

The EY audit detailed nearly 200 pages on how SoftServe fulfills service commitments and minimizes risks associated with delivering services, provided by a thorough examination of our internal controls and their effectiveness in real-world conditions.

Maintaining our SOC 2 Type 2 certification reaffirms SoftServe’s determination to follow industry best practices for managing sensitive data and delivering secure, high-quality services to our customers,
said Adriyan Pavlykevych, SoftServe’s CISO.
This year’s examination was challenging, yet our mature security processes and unwavering tenacity enabled us to continue strengthening our practices and technologies. Safeguarding our organization and our customers’ data remains a top priority for us; sustaining strong performance in SOC 2 examinations reinforces our role as a trusted partner for the future.

SoftServe’s SOC 2 Type 2 report covers the first three out of five Trust Service Criteria: Security, Availability, Confidentiality, Processing Integrity, and Privacy. These represent the basic elements of an organization’s cybersecurity posture in regard to its controls, risk assessment, risk mitigation, risk management, and change management. While security, availability, and confidentiality serve as core pillars of the company’s operational assurance, SoftServe upholds all five measures across all services and processes.

In addition to SOC 2, the SOC 3 report has been developed and is publicly available to download here. Reach out to soc2team@softserveinc.com for more information.
