Roman has more than 9 years experience in IT. He started as IT-Engineer in one of Ukrainian Banks, raised up to head of IT Department, continued his career in one of the biggest IT integrator, leading large enterprise projects. Roman leaded several accounts from Global 500 list and growed team up to 100 team members.

Business Domain Experience: Healthcare, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunication. Roman was a speaker on a numerous PMI events in Ukraine, Bulgaria and Poland. 

Professional certifications: Certified PMP, ITIL, PRINCE2. 

Joanne Yo

Joanne Yo, Channel Manager and Regional Lead

Joanne is the Channel Manager and Regional Lead for Canada at Atlassian, focused on strategic development of both the Solution Partner and Atlassian ecosystem in 'The North'. Joanne brings over 20 years of Canadian Channel experience to the role, having held Channel positions at software start-ups as well as at large organizations like Tech Data, Infor and Seagate Technology. Outside of work, she can be found on the golf course or working out at the local F45 gym. Joanne is based in Toronto, Ontario.

Sviat Kivachuk

Sviat Kivachuk, Senior Delivery Manager, Atlassian and Cloud Services  @SoftServe 

Experienced Service Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry for more than 8 years. 

Sviat started his career as technical support engineer and was involved in multiple initiatives throughout the internal IT department in a company with more than 30,000 employees. 

He is a part of a core team that set up Managed Cloud and Atlassian Services in SoftServe. At the moment Sviat is responsible for driving a team of engineers, responsible for Atlassian Suite migrations and day-to-day support and maintenance of client’s instances.
