Andrii has worked on several capital-intensive oil and gas projects across the globe, spanning from upstream to downstream, and offered clients his technical and domain expertise to tackle their business challenges. These challenges encompassed optimizing exploration, production, and manufacturing processes, as well as managing and monitoring assets, improving performance, and enabling digital transformation.

Shane O’Toole, Technical Program Manager on the AWS Energy and Utilities Industry Business Unit Decarbonization Solutions Team Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Shane is a Technical Program Manager on the AWS Energy and Utilities Industry Business Unit Decarbonization Solutions team. In his role, Shane is responsible for customer, partner, and field enablement for AWS Decarbonization solutions. Shane came to the AWS Decarbonization Solutions team after working in strategic roles for the Amazon Worldwide Consumer Business. Shane has over a decade of experience in the Power and Utilities industry that started with his time in the United States Navy Nuclear Power Program and was followed by experience in global product management roles with Emerson Power and Water Solutions. Along the way, Shane completed his Bachelor’s in Nuclear Engineering Technologies, as well as a Master’s in Engineering Management from Pennsylvania State University. In his free time, Shane enjoys listening to audio books, focusing on health and wellness, and spending time with his wife and two daughters in his Pittsburgh Pennsylvania home.

Steve Manz, CEO and Co-Founder TS Cyanergy

Steve has 25+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry as a CFO, CEO, Managing Director or founder, predominately with large international offshore drilling and marine services companies. As the Chief Financial Officer, he led the financial and legal teams in three U.S. and one Norwegian IPO’s, raising approximately $2.0 billion. He was also responsible for raising approximately $3.0 billion in various credit facilities. He also has experience with new technology companies; he was a co-founder of a startup that developed a proprietary software that reduces the risk of airborne infections in hospitals and other commercial buildings. He has a Finance degree from the University of Texas and was a CPA. He currently lives in Houston, Texas.
