Antonina Skrypnyk, Head of Financial Services Lab, Client Partner, SoftServe

Antonina Skrypnyk is a Senior Client Partner, and global Head of SoftServe’s Financial Services Lab, with more than 11 years extensive industry experience delivering high-impact results. Antonina’s experience extends from leading projects in enterprise crediting, credit portfolio management, and financial investment projects. She also leads high-profile initiatives in development cycles of innovative products acceleration via SoftServe’s Financial Services Lab.

Volodymyr Semenyshyn, Executive Vice President, EMEA, and Global Financial Services at SoftServe

Volodymyr Semenyshyn leads the Sales and Delivery organization in EMEA, as well as the Financial Services vertical globally. Volodymyr joined SoftServe in 2005 and has extensive experience working in various departments, including Marketing, HR, Delivery, and Business Development. Volodymyr earned a PhD in Economics at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and regularly holds business training sessions for MBA students at the Lviv Business School for Managers, as well as the Lviv Business School of UCU (Ukrainian Catholic University)

Andy Dancer, Senior Technology Leader/ Head of Development, Tax Computer Systems Ltd.

After a variety of marketing and technology roles with large plc’s Andy found his passion innovating world leading technology for high growth companies. He built eCommerce in the 90s, content management before most people realised they needed it, and email encryption before Wikileaks and Snowdon became household names.

A serial founder, and veteran of multiple exits, the most recent was to global security provider Trend Micro where Andy spent 5 years as a director in the global innovation team and latterly as EMEA CTO and MD of the UK business. As CTO at Tax Systems Andy is currently working with SoftServe to re-imagine and re-engineer a market leading Client-Server product for the Cloud.
