R&D Lead

Slawek is an experienced professional in the field of software engineering, specializing in robotics, IoT, and automotive solutions. Currently serving as a Research Development Lead at SoftServe since October 2025, Slawek previously held the position of Lead Robotics Software Engineer at Spyrosoft, where significant contributions included the development of IPC mechanisms for ROS2-based systems and extending Micro-ROS functionalities. Earlier roles at Siili Solutions Poland and GlobalLogic focused on advanced electronic instrument clusters, IVI systems, and on-board diagnostic services, highlighting expertise in adaptive AUTOSAR and automotive software solutions. An alumnus of West Pomeranian University of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Automation Engineering and Robotics, Slawek possesses a strong foundation in engineering principles.
