Every new drug has to meet the regulations of each market it enters, and those rules differ from country to country. Our client wanted its customers to check compliance inside the product they already use. To do that, it needed an extension to its Salesforce-based product that verifies new drugs against regulations around the world.

SoftServe enhanced and maintained the client’s existing solutions and delivered custom Salesforce development for the new extension. Our work moved the client’s former system forward in three areas:
