SoftServe Joins International Institute of Business Analysis and Business Analysis Community for a Timely Fundraising Panel Discussion

Panel unites business analysts and IIBA thought leaders to discuss business analysis capabilities in today’s volatile world while raising funds for the Ukrainians affected by the war.

International — July 21–22, 2022SoftServe, a leading digital authority and consulting company, hosted “Responding to Change,” a fundraising panel discussion in cooperation with the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and Business Analysis Community (BAC).  

The event featured experts who discussed how business analysis intersects with global and local challenges. The purpose of this charity webinar was to encourage participants to remain united in helping Ukraine.  

The panelists discussed complex questions like how organizations can prepare for the uncertain future and what soft skills help overcome disruptions. They also listed approaches on how to deal with employees’ resistance to change.

The experts highlighted the rising importance of strategy analysis within organizations, uncovering the benefits of servant leadership and developing a multi-dimensional view to recognizing business needs and finding solutions.  

Insightful contributions from prominent IIBA speakers Barbara Carkenord, Delvin Fletcher, Ken Fulmer, Michael Augello, Michele Maritato under Keith Ellis' skilful facilitation, assisted the SoftServe community with raising awareness and fundraising $8,470 to support the needs of Ukrainians affected by the ongoing war. This event strengthens SoftServe’s partnership with IIBA by standing shoulder-to-shoulder with Ukraine during the war.
