SoftServe Launches Open Call 2026 to Provide Pro Bono Tech Solutions for Social Impact
KYIV, Ukraine (Jan. 29, 2026) – SoftServe, a premier IT consulting and digital services provider, today announced the launch of its second Open Call 2026 within its corporate pro bono program, OpenTech. The company plans to select five impactful projects to deliver free, tailored technological solutions.
OpenTech enables organizations to enhance their operations and social impact by providing access to professional, pro bono technology expertise. Through the program, organizations can build or upgrade websites and mobile applications to engage more effectively with their audiences, as well as develop digital solutions that improve internal processes and team efficiency. To date, a wide range of organizations across multiple countries have benefited from OpenTech program — from initiatives of global organizations such as WWF, UNFPA, and UNICEF to local initiatives operating in six countries across Latin America and Europe.
Among last year’s winners were IMDHD, the Mexican Institute for Human Rights, which promotes the principles of substantive democracy; Fundación MGM, which focuses on expanding access to clean energy and digital connectivity in rural communities in Colombia; DonorUA, an advanced platform for recruiting and managing blood donors that supports the growth of the blood donation movement across Ukraine; Prytula Foundation USA, a non-profit organization delivering critical humanitarian aid and supporting Ukraine’s sustainable recovery; and HumanDoc Poland, a foundation addressing domestic violence issues and supporting refugees in Poland.
SoftServe OpenTech invites international and local NGOs, charitable foundations, social enterprises, media organizations, as well as local or state government bodies from Ukraine, Poland, Colombia, and Mexico to apply for the program. Applications will be evaluated based on project scale, relevance to societal needs, potential community and environmental impact, and OT team’s ability to provide the required technological expertise. Projects selected for implementation will be reviewed and chosen by a jury consisting of the program’s initiators, the company’s CSR experts, and the OpenTech team.
Initiatives in the following areas are eligible for Open Call 2026:
- Transformation in education and educational reforms
- Environmental responsibility
- Supporting healthcare
- Providing innovations and supporting smart city initiatives
- Empowering communities
- Inclusion and equal opportunities
- Helping people in need
- Supporting veterans (Ukraine)
The application deadline is Feb. 18, 2026. Applications can be submitted via this link, accepting terms and conditions of the Open Call 2026. The winners will be announced by April 30, 2026.
