Toyota Material Handling Europe partnered with SoftServe to simulate how workers and automated vehicles pick orders together in NVIDIA Omniverse. By training AI models on synthetic data enhanced with NVIDIA Cosmos, then post-training on just 15 minutes of real warehouse video via DGX Cloud, the team closed the sim-to-real gap and brought new automation online faster, all without disrupting live sites.

In just two months, Krones built a physically accurate AI digital twin to simulate beverage production. Working with SoftServe, NVIDIA, Ansys, and Microsoft, the bottling and packaging leader cut fluid dynamics simulations from two-to-four hours to under 30 minutes per cycle, setting a new standard for manufacturing.

Astroport needed to prove its autonomous lunar site-preparation vehicles would work on the Moon before building them. SoftServe's terramechanics simulations validated the designs and quantified power and energy demands, so Astroport could size batteries and charging before committing hardware.
