Bohdan Khomych

Associate Director of R&D Products

Bohdan Khomych is associate R&D director at SoftServe, where he collaborates with scientists on quantum computing, AI, and other deep technologies. With more than eight years in software engineering, he has built and co-founded IT startups across Europe and the U.S.

He now leads agentic and Generative AI initiatives and shares his expertise at events like NVIDIA GTC and NRF. His team turns research into real-world solutions and leads the development of SoftServe’s IP, including its first Gen AI product.

Bohdan holds degrees in technology management from the Business School of the Ukrainian Catholic University and cyber engineering from Kyiv National University.
