With over 14 years in IT and 10 years in Consulting and Management, Roman and his team focus on professional development, competency management, developing external communities and partnerships, and solution methodology both for ISV and Enterprises. He also helps establish the overall client excellence direction at SoftServe. Roman has experience in successfully running cross-company initiatives and establishing new competencies like SaaS and cloud and acting as an active consultant. Since 2014, he has also been in charge of establishing and managing service product management and further technical product management directions at SoftServe.
