Tetyana Lisovska is a SoftServe ESG & Sustainability, Digital Transformation Practice Director with more than 10 years of experience in Information Technology. She possesses proven, hands-on experience in innovation at scale within business as usual and adds value beyond purely advisory roles.

Ms. Lisovska is a Prosci-certified change practitioner, who guides clients in validating their program and product strategies and providing business & digital advice. She is a trainer in remote facilitation, presale support, and discovery workshops. Ms. Lisovska leads a team of more than 50 SoftServe consultants and business analysts located in four locations across two countries.

She is experienced in investment banking (client onboarding, regulatory compliance, and regulatory reporting), data mesh, and in adopting new ways of working with data across enterprisse-wide landscape.

Ms. Lisovska is also skilled in hyper-converged infrastructure and platform as a service combining storage, compute, and networking solutions within a single server box or cluster. Her background also includes system consultation roles in workforce management, payroll management, human resource management, and client staffing.

She also serves as an official ambassador of SoftServe’s Open Eyes Charity Fund and is the proud mother of a 6-year-old child.
