The Josh Bersin Company Honors SoftServe with 2026 HR Pacesetter Award

AUSTIN, Texas (June 18, 2026) — SoftServe, a digital engineering and technology consulting company, today announced it has received a 2026 HR Pacesetter Award in the Supermanager & Leadership Development category from The Josh Bersin Company. Announced at the Irresistible 2026 conference in Los Angeles, the awards honor HR teams that find creative solutions, put new technologies to work, and keep people at the center of business transformation.

SoftServe earned the award for its company-wide initiative enabling managers to lead AI transformation. Rather than focusing solely on employee AI training, SoftServe concentrated on enabling people managers to become AI transformation leaders – redefining the manager role for the AI era, building a continuous listening system to measure adoption in near real-time, and bringing support, coaching, and adoption insights directly into daily workflows through its internal AI assistant SOFI, an AI-based Performance & Feedback Coach, and a centralized Managers' Space hub.

The approach delivered measurable results. SOFI handled more than 108,000 questions from over 5,500 associates, freeing managers from routine queries. New manager onboarding reached a 97 percent satisfaction rate. By the fourth quarter of 2025, managers' confidence in applying AI to their work reached 73 NPS – up 10 points in two quarters – and analysis of some 3,200 year-end reflections showed 86 percent of the measured workforce using AI as part of how they work every day.

Building on these results, SoftServe is expanding the initiative in 2026, focusing its listening strategy on how people navigate change and what helps teams reach shared goals. The HR Pacesetter Award reflects SoftServe's conviction that AI transformation succeeds when companies invest as seriously in their managers as they do in their technology.
