SoftServe earns UK Great Place To Work Certification


LONDON, UK (April 23, 2024) - SoftServe, a premier IT consulting and digital services provider, has been certified once again by the Great Place To Work Institute®, a global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention, and increased innovation.

A Great Place To Work Certification recognizes companies that create an outstanding employee experience. Certification is a two-step process that includes surveying employees and completing a cultural audit. A company’s scores are determined by evaluating employee feedback (employee survey) and independent analysis of organizational culture (cultural audit) conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute.
