  • Christopher Baker

    Christopher Baker

    Chief Executive Officer

    Chris Baker is both a seasoned entrepreneur and a Fortune 250 senior leader. He has been a member of SoftServe’s Board of Directors since 2012, and became CEO in 2015. Chris has led high growth technology companies for over 20 years. Most recently, Chris has served both as President and CTO of 360incentives.com, a leading incentive management company based in Toronto, Canada. Prior to that, he has been an active angel investor after serving as President of Group 1 Software, a leading enterprise class software company based in Lanham, MD (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes.) While with Pitney Bowes, he participated in multiple acquisitions and integrations and was a member of the Chairman’s Council and the Strategic Leaders Council.

    Earlier in his career, among other startups, Chris founded and built MailCode Inc. into a leading global provider of technology solutions for mail processing via optical character reading, which was later sold to Pitney Bowes.

    Mr. Baker holds multiple patents, including one for Differential Weighing, a method to increase the speed and efficiency of weighing mail pieces. Chris holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, with honors, from Purdue University and has been honored as a Distinguished Purdue Alumnus.

    Harry Propper

    President

    Harry is a seasoned business leader with a 25+ year track record of helping customers achieve their goals as a consultant, sales leader and product development leader. Prior to joining to SoftServe in 2008, Harry founded and sold two software companies and was CEO of a non-profit social services company.

    Harry holds a BS in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology. As SoftServe's President, Harry is responsible for all aspects of SoftServe’s service delivery, leading engineering and customer facing teams globally while growing and developing a strong Client Solutions team – all focused on assuring our client’s success by providing a premium experience.

  • Anouk De Blieck

    Anouk De Blieck

    Chief People Officer

    Anouk De Blieck drives SoftServe’s people and talent strategy and oversees global HR. She curates a diverse and inclusive people-centered work environment while growing people capability and enhancing the employee experience journey.

    With nearly 30 years of global experience in HR and business, Anouk brings to SoftServe her passion for unlocking human and business potential. She was previously Head of Human Resources, Asia Pacific at VISA, where she established an inclusive, agile, and innovative work environment and created a Center of Excellence with an improved HR model. Anouk was also with ANZ, an Australian and New Zealand Bank, for over seven years where she build out ANZ’s super regional footprint in Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Americas. She also led an agile HR team to develop innovative initiatives and established a simpler, more collaborative, and customer-focused bank. During her 15-year global career at Citi, Anouk held a range of executive business and HR leadership roles, including Managing Director Human Resources, Russia, CIS, and Central and Eastern Europe, in which she lead a team of 100 to support organizational growth and implement a series of initiatives to build capability and stabilize business.

    Anouk holds a Bachelor of Education from Antwerp University Belgium and has completed a Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University and an Executive Leadership Program - Unlocking the Potential of Digitization - at MIT Institute of Executive Education. She is also a Certified Executive Coach (Individual and Team) by the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching (MGSCC), and also served on the School of Management Industry Advisory Committee at RMIT University. Anouk is fluent in English, French, and Dutch, with conversational capability in German and Italian, and a working knowledge of Russian and Portuguese.

    Chief Technology Officer

    Alex Chubay is Chief Technology Officer at SoftServe. He leads technology strategy and execution, creating sustainable competitive advantage through continuous technology-driven innovation.

    Alex joined SoftServe in 2001 and has over two decades of engineering and business leadership, with a solid track record of transformational experiences combining innovation, technology, and leadership into wining solutions. Alex held numerous leaderships positions within SoftServe, including SVP Client Success, VP Consulting, VP Delivery, and Software Development Office Director. He has been at the forefront of business development and services delivery for strategic accounts in multiple global geographies, consistently driving business growth and delivering positive business impact to his clients.

    Alex holds a master’s degree with honors in applied math from Lviv Polytechnic National University.

  • Christine Pribilski

    Christine Pribilski

    Chief Marketing Officer

    Christine Pribilski leads the strategy, planning, and development of SoftServe’s global marketing initiatives. She leads cross-functional teams and works with leaders to support growth and revenue by effectively engaging clients, prospects, and partners.

    Christine has over two decades of experience in marketing, digital, and sales for large global organizations. Prior to joining SoftServe, she was fractional CMO at Cloud49, a cloud-native boutique firm working exclusively within the public sector, where she created a go-to-market strategy and scale-to-growth plan for new market identification and expansion. During her 18-year career with IBM, Christine moved from Senior Client Lead up to Vice President, Global Performance Marketing of IBM Cloud where she led various world-class projects, including creating IBM’s first global cross-brand demand engine that helped grow IBM Cloud revenue from $7B to $19B in five years. She was also previously with computer hardware company, Gateway, for seven years, holding various sales and marketing management roles.

    Christine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in mass communications from the University of South Dakota, and has completed the Executive Series: Finance for Non-Finance Managers program from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

    She is passionate about engaging with communities and giving back, and is an active volunteer in a number of organizations including The Austin Stone Community Church and Dell Children’s Hospital Trust, a mentor with the Young Women’s Alliance, and a board member of the American Marketing Association. She was also named one of B2B Magazine’s Top Digital Marketers of the year in 2010.

    Christine lives in Austin, Texas with her husband Kyle and rescue dogs, Foxy and Louie. She’s a fan of Peloton and college football, and you’ll often find her in the kitchen with her autographed cookbook collection, fueling her inner foodie.

  • Andriy Stytsyuk

    Andriy Stytsyuk

    Chief Financial Officer

    Andriy joined SoftServe in August 2010 after almost 10 years of financial management experience with the technology companies in Ukraine.

    Andriy is responsible for managing SoftServe`s finance and treasury functions, and accounting and reporting, budgeting and controlling, cash management, and international tax management issues. Under his leadership the finance organization of SoftServe is being transformed to comply with the highest standards and best practices in the profession.

    He graduated from the Department of International Relations of Lviv National Ivan Franko University with a major in International Finance. Afterwards Andriy continued professional education and became a member of ACCA (UK) in 2000.

  • Volodymyr Semenyshyn

    Volodymyr Semenyshyn

    EVP, Client Success – EMEA Region, Financial Services

    Volodymyr Semenyshyn leads the Sales and Delivery organization in EMEA, as well as the Financial Services vertical globally. Volodymyr joined SoftServe in 2005 and has extensive experience working in various departments, inlcuding Marketing, HR, Delivery, and Business Development.

    Volodymyr holds a dual Master of Science degree in International Economics and Management from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. He also has an MS degree in International Business and Law from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. In addition, Volodymyr attended executive leadership programs at the London Business School in 2018 and Harvard University in 2019.

    Volodymyr earned a PhD in Economics at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and regularly holds business training sessions for MBA students at the Lviv Business School for Managers, as well as the Lviv Business School of UCU (Ukrainian Catholic University).

  • Keith Rozmus

    Keith Rozmus

    EVP, Client Success – North America – West Region, Retail and Energy

    Keith Rozmus drives the delivery and client-facing teams for the Western North American Region, as well as Retail and Energy verticals globally.

    Keith brings 20+ years of management experience in the technology sector, where he built and grew world-class teams. He has led global sales teams at two start-ups which were acquired by IBM and HP. Keith was Vice President for IBM’s Platform Computing’s Worldwide Cloud and Big Data team, where he worked with customers in many industries, including government, manufacturing, financial services, retail, and healthcare, across North America, Europe, and Asia.

    Prior to joining IBM, Keith held leadership positions at Cray Inc. where he was responsible for worldwide business development in the Custom Engineering Group, primarily servicing the government and energy sectors, and at HP where he was Director of Sales for the Americas, running Global Sales and Channels across Latin America and Asia.

    Keith holds a BS Degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

    AEVP, Client Success – North America – Northeast Region

    Oksana has a proven track record of over 20 successful years in software development, operations management, and technology consulting.

    Oksana has substantial experience with building effective teams, leading corporate initiatives, and organizational changes while solving complex processes and organizational and technical puzzles. She previously served as a Strategic Business Unit Manager and Senior Project Manager, delivering business value primarily to enterprise clients and brought innovative solutions and methodologies to enable, accelerate, and maximize their business footprint. Additionally, Ms. Loyko holds a Master's Degree in Applied Math.

    EVP, Client Success – North America – Southeast Region, Healthcare

    Rich Herrington is a technology and management executive with over 20 years of software product development and management experience at companies ranging from start-ups to multinationals.

    Throughout his career, Rich has forged strategic partnering relationships to increase productivity, quality, and time to market for his clients’ products and projects.

    Since joining SoftServe in 2014 Rich has been solving clients’ complex business problems by applying modern technologies, backed by disciplined execution strategies.

    SVP, Client Success – APAC Region

    John is driving SoftServe’s growth in APAC, leading a talented team bringing SoftServe's vast experiences from the US and EMEA to serve our new and growing client based in the region.

    John has spent the last 20 years working in leading edge technologies with a passion for translating what outcomes will be delivered for his customers. After 10 years of various regional and global leadership roles with HP Enterprise, John leads two European teams for start-ups acquired by IBM and Ericsson. John then ran his own consultancy working with business leaders on acquisition and growth strategies. John joined the SoftServe team in 2016 spearheading our growth into new markets in EMEA and now carries that experience to deliver the same exceptional experiences for our clients across APAC.

    Co-founder, Executive Vice President, Audit

    Oleh has been successfully managing a range of areas for SoftServe for the last 20 years. In 1996, Oleh joined SoftServe as a company Director, and since 2010 he has served as EVP of Administration. Oleh graduated from Lviv Polytechnic National University and obtained a degree in Systems Engineering. Afterwards he continued professional education and obtained his degree in Managerial Economics, and completed the MBA program at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.

    Vasyl Malchyk

    Senior Vice President, Legal Director

    Vasyl is responsible for all legal and contractual risks at SoftServe. An expert in contract negotiation, regulatory and legal risk compliance, and litigation, he joined SoftServe in 2002 and holds a Law degree from Lviv National Ivan Franko University and Computer Science Degree from Lviv National Polytechnic University.

  • Adriyan Pavlykevych

    Adriyan Pavlykevych

    Senior Vice President Information Systems

    Adriyan is responsible for providing technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of the company-wide Information Technology (IT) program. He leads planning and implementing of enterprise information systems to support both distributed and centralized business operations for more effective and cost beneficial enterprise-wide IT operations. Committed to innovations and continuous optimization, Adriyan leverages his extensive industry experience to further improve the company’s management processes to achieve accelerated, problem-free performance.

    Under his leadership, SoftServe's ІТ function was reorganized into a service-oriented organization with robust processes, implementing ITIL-based IT Management System (ITSM). His professional level and personal achievements in the development of the SoftServe's IT department were recognized with the Best CIO awards in 2009 and 2010 by the leading Ukrainian technology magazine Computer Review.

    Adriyan graduated from Lviv Polytechnic National University and obtained a Master's degree with honors in Electrical Engineering.

    Yuriy Stohniy

    Senior Vice President, Administration

    Yuriy Stohniy joined SoftServe in 2010 as a company Director and is currently VP of Administration. He is responsible for leading SoftServe's Office Support and Administration teams in accordance with industry standards and company objectives, and has been successfully managing these areas for the last 8 years.

    Pawel Lopatka

    Vice President, Poland Country Manager

    Pawel Lopatka joined SoftServe in 2015 and is currently Country Manager of SoftServe Poland. An experienced Senior Manager, both at strategic and operational level with the ability to drive people, projects and organizations in times of constant change, Pawel has extensive experience within Customer Service, Business Development, Logistics & Procurement, Product Management & Development, Sales and Cross-Functional Business improvement.

  • Andon Simeonov

    Andon Simeonov

    Vice President, Bulgaria Country Manager

    Andon Simeonov is General Manager of SoftServe Bulgaria. He has 13 years’ experience in managing people and projects in dynamically changing environments and has held a number of senior positions in the telecommunications sector, including companies such as Evrokom, Megalan, Mnetwork and Mobiltel.

    Andon has a Masters degree in Telecommunications from the Technical University in Sofia, an Executive MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and the University of Minnesota, and is the leader of the WU Executive Alumni community in Bulgaria.
