Christopher Baker
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Baker is the Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors at SoftServe. During his tenure as CEO, SoftServe has grown into a leading software engineering and digital transformation company, regularly recognized as the Best Employer and Best Place to Work, while doubling in size approximately every two years.
Mr. Baker joined SoftServe as a Board Advisor in 2012, became a Board Member in 2013 and Chief Executive Officer in 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Baker was both a seasoned entrepreneur and Fortune 250 senior leader, leading growth technology companies for over 20 years. Before joining SoftServe, Mr. Baker served both as President and Chief Technology Officer of 360incentives.com, a leading incentive management company based in Toronto, Canada. Prior to that, he had been an active angel investor after serving as President of Group 1 Software, a leading enterprise class data quality company based in Lanham, MD (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes.) While with Pitney Bowes, he participated in multiple acquisitions and integrations and was a member of the Chairman’s Council and the Strategic Leaders Council.
Earlier in his career, among other startups, Mr. Baker founded and built MailCode Inc. into a leading global provider of technology solutions for mail processing via optical character reading, which was later sold to Pitney Bowes. Mr. Baker holds multiple patents, including one for Differential Weighing, a method to increase the speed and efficiency of weighing mail pieces.
Over his career, Mr. Baker has been recognized as a passionate force for the intersection of tech innovation and business. SoftServe shares this passion for transformational change, founded with the rich talent and technical skills in Central and Eastern Europe, and extending to its teams globally.
Mr. Baker holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, with honors, from Purdue University and has been honored as a Distinguished Purdue Alumnus.
Andriy Stytsyuk
Chief Financial Officer
Andriy joined SoftServe in August 2010 after almost 10 years of financial management experience with the technology companies in Ukraine.
Andriy is responsible for managing SoftServe`s finance and treasury functions, and accounting and reporting, budgeting and controlling, cash management, and international tax management issues. Under his leadership the finance organization of SoftServe is being transformed to comply with the highest standards and best practices in the profession.
He graduated from the Department of International Relations of Lviv National Ivan Franko University with a major in International Finance. Afterwards Andriy continued professional education and became a member of ACCA (UK) in 2000.
Alex Chubay
Chief Technology Officer
Alex Chubay is Chief Technology Officer at SoftServe. He leads technology strategy and execution, creating sustainable competitive advantage through continuous technology-driven innovation.
Alex joined SoftServe in 2001 and has over two decades of engineering and business leadership, with a solid track record of transformational experiences combining innovation, technology, and leadership into wining solutions. Alex held numerous leaderships positions within SoftServe, including SVP Client Success, VP Consulting, VP Delivery, and Software Development Office Director. He has been at the forefront of business development and services delivery for strategic accounts in multiple global geographies, consistently driving business growth and delivering positive business impact to his clients.
Alex holds a master’s degree with honors in applied math from Lviv Polytechnic National University.
Arturo Pena
Chief Marketing Officer
Arturo is a marketing transformation leader with nearly two decades of experience in the technology sector. He joined SoftServe from Cognizant, where he was VP of Global Marketing, leading teams across North America, Europe, and APAC. Arturo has also held various senior marketing and commercial roles for companies such as GE Digital, Dell Technologies, and Itera, an IBM Premier Partner in LATAM. He establishes brand awareness and expands revenue pipelines with customer-centric strategies, such as account-based marketing and modern digital tactics. In addition, Arturo is passionate about developing high-performing marketing teams.
Arturo holds numerous qualifications, including an MBA from Rice University and a Design Thinking Certification from MIT.
Adriyan Pavlykevych
Chief Information Security Officer
Adriyan is responsible for providing technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of the company-wide Information Technology (IT) program. He leads planning and implementing of enterprise information systems to support both distributed and centralized business operations for more effective and cost beneficial enterprise-wide IT operations. Committed to innovations and continuous optimization, Adriyan leverages his extensive industry experience to further improve the company’s management processes to achieve accelerated, problem-free performance.
Under his leadership, SoftServe's ІТ function was reorganized into a service-oriented organization with robust processes, implementing ITIL-based IT Management System (ITSM). His professional level and personal achievements in the development of the SoftServe's IT department were recognized with the Best CIO awards in 2009 and 2010 by the leading Ukrainian technology magazine Computer Review.
Adriyan graduated from Lviv Polytechnic National University and obtained a Master's degree with honors in Electrical Engineering.
Volodymyr Semenyshyn
President, EMEA, Finance, and Manufacturing
Volodymyr Semenyshyn leads SoftServe’s organization in EMEA. He joined SoftServe in 2005 and has extensive experience working in various departments, inlcuding Marketing, HR, Delivery, and Business Development.
Volodymyr holds a dual Master of Science degree in International Economics and Management from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. He also has an MS degree in International Business and Law from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. In addition, Volodymyr attended executive leadership programs at the London Business School in 2018 and Harvard University in 2019.
Volodymyr earned a PhD in Economics at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and regularly holds business training sessions for MBA students at the Lviv Business School for Managers, as well as the Lviv Business School of UCU (Ukrainian Catholic University).
Keith Rozmus
President, the Americas and Energy
Keith Rozmus drives the delivery and client-facing teams for the Western North American Region, as well as Retail and Energy verticals globally.
Keith brings 20+ years of management experience in the technology sector, where he built and grew world-class teams. He has led global sales teams at two start-ups which were acquired by IBM and HP. Keith was Vice President for IBM’s Platform Computing’s Worldwide Cloud and Big Data team, where he worked with customers in many industries, including government, manufacturing, financial services, retail, and healthcare, across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Prior to joining IBM, Keith held leadership positions at Cray Inc. where he was responsible for worldwide business development in the Custom Engineering Group, primarily servicing the government and energy sectors, and at HP where he was Director of Sales for the Americas, running Global Sales and Channels across Latin America and Asia.
Keith holds a BS Degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Adam Gabrault
President, Healthcare, Retail and Financial Services in North America
Adam leads sales and delivery for SoftServe’s Healthcare & Life Science, Retail, and Financial Services verticals in North America. Adam is passionate about building teams that enable enterprise & ISV clients to accelerate digital and business transformation that drive measurable business & client value.
Adam is an IT services veteran with a proven track record leading and growing world class teams that deliver enterprise-grade solutions for F500 clients in the US, Europe and Australia. He joined SoftServe from Virtusa where he was SVP & CTO of the global healthcare, insurance and life science verticals and built the firm’s Connected Experience business covering mobile, IoT and micro-services. In addition to his time at Virtusa, Adam has held leadership roles with State Street Global Advisors, Mobiquity, Experian Data Quality, Micros-Retail and APN Outdoor.
Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University.
John King
President, APAC
John is driving SoftServe’s growth in APAC, leading a talented team bringing SoftServe's vast experiences from the US and EMEA to serve our new and growing client based in the region.
John has spent the last 20 years working in leading edge technologies with a passion for translating what outcomes will be delivered for his customers. After 10 years of various regional and global leadership roles with HP Enterprise, John leads two European teams for start-ups acquired by IBM and Ericsson. John then ran his own consultancy working with business leaders on acquisition and growth strategies. John joined the SoftServe team in 2016 spearheading our growth into new markets in EMEA and now carries that experience to deliver the same exceptional experiences for our clients across APAC.
Oleh Denys
Co-founder, Executive Vice President, Audit
Oleh has been successfully managing a range of areas for SoftServe for the last 20 years. In 1996, Oleh joined SoftServe as a company Director, and since 2010 he has served as EVP of Administration. Oleh graduated from Lviv Polytechnic National University and obtained a degree in Systems Engineering. Afterwards he continued professional education and obtained his degree in Managerial Economics, and completed the MBA program at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.

Vasyl Malchyk
Senior Vice President, Legal Director
Vasyl is responsible for all legal and contractual risks at SoftServe. An expert in contract negotiation, regulatory and legal risk compliance, and litigation, he joined SoftServe in 2002 and holds a Law degree from Lviv National Ivan Franko University and Computer Science Degree from Lviv National Polytechnic University.
Yuriy Stohniy
Senior Vice President, Administration
Yuriy Stohniy joined SoftServe in 2010 as a company Director and is currently VP of Administration. He is responsible for leading SoftServe's Office Support and Administration teams in accordance with industry standards and company objectives, and has been successfully managing these areas for the last 8 years.
Anastasia Frolova
Vice President, Ukraine Country Manager
Anastasia Frolova is our acting Vice President, Ukraine Country Manager. Anastasia joined SoftServe in 2016 as the leader of Talent Operations team in Lviv. Anastasia has managed numerous challenges in the past six years, including business growth, organizational transformations, handling the COVID-19 crisis, and more. Throughout all these endeavors, Anastasia won the respect and support from the team, as well as recognition of cross functional leadership for her wisdom, business focus, and ethics. Last year, Anastasia held a joint role leading the Lviv DC team as well as all Ukrainian regions.
Andon Simeonov
Vice President, Bulgaria Country Manager
Andon Simeonov is General Manager of SoftServe Bulgaria. He has 13 years’ experience in managing people and projects in dynamically changing environments and has held a number of senior positions in the telecommunications sector, including companies such as Evrokom, Megalan, Mnetwork and Mobiltel.
Andon has a Masters degree in Telecommunications from the Technical University in Sofia, an Executive MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and the University of Minnesota, and is the leader of the WU Executive Alumni community in Bulgaria.
Sebastian Drzewiecki
Vice President, Poland Country Manager
Sebastian Drzewiecki is an experienced leader who has been involved in organizational development for over 20 years, bringing together stakeholders from areas of technology, business, and supporting functions. Previously, he worked for companies including GlaxoSmithKline, Hewlett-Packard, and Sabre, and helped build business centers in Poland, Costa Rica, and Malaysia.
John Howard
Vice President, Colombia Country Manager
John takes up the role of Vice President, Colombia Country Manager, where he will be responsible for building and launching our Colombian Development Centers.
John has been in the software industry since 2002. He started his career as a computer science engineer, then later held positions including Technical Project Manager, Technical Agile Project Lead, Agile Coach, and People Manager. For John, being a good communicator and having a true passion for what he does are the keys to success in his professional career and personal life. He loves the agile philosophy and is excited about being an ambassador of our strong SoftServe culture.
Vladimir Mendoza
Vice President, Mexico Country Manager
Vlad joins us as our Vice President, Mexico Country Manager, where he will be responsible for building and launching our Mexico Development Center.
Vlad is a multicultural servant leader, with broader experience in Nearshore and Offshore models. Vlad also brings experience implementing Digital Transformation and Evolution strategies that maximize business value for customers by focusing on people and results.
Jaime Oviedo
Vice President, Chile Country Manager
As a Country Manager for Chile, Jaime Oviedo is responsible for launching the Development and Innovation Center and implementing the company's expansion plans.
Jaime has more than 20 years of global experience in software development and processes. His professional background includes extensive experience in executive positions in the private sector, such as Aurea Software, Red to Green and Oracle, as well as in the public sector at the Chilean Ministry of Economy.
Jaime holds master’s degree in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. He also graduated as a Civil Engineer specialized in Computer Science from Universidad de Concepción.
Dan Adrian Paraschiv
Vice President, Romania Country Manager
As a Romania Country Manager, Dan is responsible for building a launching our Romania Development Center.
Dan started his career more than 20 years ago as a software engineer. Over the years, he held various management, Delivery Manager and Delivery Director roles. He is passionate about technology and keeps himself up to date with new ways of solving client problems. He is also conscientious about using tech in an ethical and helpful way as we strive to solve many of our modern-day problems.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Industrial Automation from the POLITEHNICA University of Bucharest, as well as certifications in ITIL, Prince 2, Azure and GCP.
Rich Herrington
EVP, Client Success, North American East Coast
Rich Herrington is a technology and management executive with over 20 years of software product development and management experience at companies ranging from start-ups to multinationals.
Throughout his career, Rich has forged strategic partnering relationships to increase productivity, quality, and time to market for his clients’ products and projects.
Since joining SoftServe in 2014 Rich has been solving clients’ complex business problems by applying modern technologies, backed by disciplined execution strategies.
Choon Aun Quek
EVP, Client Success, North American West
Choon Aun Quek is a tech-savvy, customer-focused executive with an impressive two decades of experience in Sales, Partnership Development, and GTM Strategy for Cloud technologies and Big Data. He has achieved great success in his career by developing strategic relationships and leading teams to exceed expectations. His expertise in creating strategies to transform organizations to bring new products and services to market has earned him the respect of his peers.
For the past 4 years, Chewie has been with SoftServe, where he launches a variety of innovative initiatives to help clients discover the value of the cloud, data analytics, and AI. He has used his immense knowledge combined with business acumen to fuel exponential growth while cultivating an inviting environment for collaboration and team building.
