Quality Management System successfully certified
AI adoption accelerated across SoftServe in 2025, both in how we deliver for clients and how we operate internally. Building on our deep expertise in AI, we focused on enabling our people to integrate these technologies into their everyday workflows in a practical and responsible way.
Through structured upskilling, hands-on experimentation, and internally developed AI solutions, associates applied AI to automate repetitive tasks, streamline operations, and make faster, better-informed decisions, helping them focus on higher-value work and maintain a healthier work-life balance.

Through OpenTech, our pro bono program, SoftServe associates volunteer their expertise to develop digital solutions for NGOs, public institutions, and international organizations.
Together with partner organizations, volunteers contribute to areas such as healthcare, education, environmental protection, and humanitarian response.

Since the start of the full-scale war, SoftServe has continued standing alongside Ukraine and our colleagues who live and work there.
The Open Eyes Corporate Charity Fund focuses on systematic support for frontline medical evacuation and strengthening healthcare capacity, helping medics save lives under extremely difficult conditions.
