Dare to Care Program

Our top priority is to ensure our people thrive — physically, mentally, and financially. In 2022, driven by this commitment, we integrated our well-being initiatives into a comprehensive company-wide program called "Dare to Care."  

The program offers a range of instruments to enhance our associates' long-term well-being. These include sessions with psychologists, mental health workshops, individual and team coaching, sports programs, educational opportunities, internal support groups, and more. 

In Ukraine, specifically, we focus on training our leaders how to effectively manage their teams during challenging times. We offer a range of lectures led by psychologists specializing in war-related, post-traumatic stress and work with veterans and their families.
