Our partnership with Oracle is entering a new phase as the move to Level 2 status reflects the scale and maturity of the work we've built together over the past two years. SoftServe is helping clients put Oracle AI Packs, built on NVIDIA, into production — from workforce optimization to complex document processing — and we're already seeing measurable business impacts. This partnership positions us to scale that value for clients across Europe and beyond.SoftServe’s EVP, Segment Leader EMEA
SoftServe's first AI package accelerator, built on NVIDIA AI-Q for large-scale document extraction and validation, grew out of a multi-day manual contract review happening at Riyadh Air — a process now reduced to minutes, with every rate traceable to its source page. The second accelerator is an AI-Signal Impact Engine helped inform account teams across a logistics company by reading a news item or a filing to inform decisions and detect business opportunities, risks, or specific events that may affect a specific customer. The third AI pack began as a workforce optimization offering for a home-appliance manufacturer. Using NVIDIA cuOpt, it plans field service — technician, zone, job — and cut the time dispatchers spend on a region from two days to 30 minutes, with the company’s mid-case modelling putting the gain at 4.5% more jobs per technician, worth €5.2 million ($5.9 million USD) a year.
All three accelerators are built to propose rather than decide. Nothing reaches a system of record without a human’s review and release. That design is what allows AI into operations where an error carries a cost — a missed service window, a duplicate invoice, a quarter spent on the wrong account — and where an unverified answer cannot be used at all. Companies get the speed of automation and keep the judgment: every value carries its source and its confidence score, and the call stays with the person who owns the process.
SoftServe’s AI accelerators are now available as fixed-scope packages with versatile industry applications and a two-month proof of value on the customer’s own data. Each accelerator is built for companies already running Oracle and separately extends an Oracle AI accelerator pack with the industry rules, confidence scoring, and review workflow its use case requires. Prior to the launch of these accelerators, SoftServe was an Oracle Solutions Partner.
