SoftServe recognized for ‘Achievement in Developing and Preparing for the Future of Work’ category
The award recognizes SoftServe's approach to making AI adoption a measurable business capability by combining continuous workforce listening, practical AI enablement, manager support, and employee-led innovation.
SoftServe made employee feedback a core part of its AI transformation strategy. AI-focused questions were incorporated into quarterly engagement surveys and year-end performance reviews, giving leaders a regular view of employees’ confidence, mindset, and progress with AI across the organization’s workforce of more than 10,000 associates. This feedback helped identify areas where adoption needed greater support, including cognitive strain, competing priorities, and managers who needed more clarity and capacity to help their teams navigate the change. When the strategy launched, nearly 20% of associates expressed skepticism about AI, providing an important starting point for the company’s transformation efforts.
From Q1 2025 to Q1 2026, that listening system translated into measurable change across the business. Some 86% of associates actively embedded AI into their daily routines. Manager AI transformation scores reached 73 NPS by the fourth quarter of 2025, supported by manager enablement resources and by SOFI, SoftServe's internal AI assistant, which handled more than 108,000 questions from over 5,500 colleagues. The initiative also drove innovation from the ground up: associates submitted more than 500 AI ideas through SoftServe's AI Ideation Programme, resulting in 62 validated business cases and eight initiatives approved for company funding.
Successful AI adoption starts with the people who know what it takes to get the job done. Our experience showed us that employees need more than access to new technology — they need the confidence to use it, managers who can help them navigate the change, and opportunities to shape how AI becomes part of their work. That combination is what turns an AI strategy into lasting change across an organization.Chief People Officer, SoftServe
