Identify the sources of patient and member leakage with SoftServe’s Healthcare Executive Dashboards, powered by Looker. Custom dashboards allow users to answer pressing questions, including which services and patients or members you are losing. Additionally, discover how AI and predictive modeling uncover future referral patterns, and the downstream impact and consequences.

SoftServe’s healthcare experts, Ian Daniels and David Greinensien, will discuss healthcare-specific business cases, from an executive viewpoint, and demonstrate the dashboards, while Looker’s Lead Data Analyst, Jake Yoos, will dive deeper into the analytical capabilities.
