Serge Haziyev

Serge Haziyev, SVP of Technology, SoftServe

Serge has more than 20 years of experience in various technology domains including: big data, AI, IoT, and cloud computing. He is co-author of Smart Decisions (a.k.a., architectural poker game) which is currently used by the Software Engineering Institute-Carnegie Mellon University (SEI CMU) to teach students how to design big data solutions.
Taras Bachynskyy

Taras Bachynskyy, Director, Big Data & Analytics, SoftServe

Taras Bachynskyy is a Solutions Architect at SoftServe with more than 10 years' experience in design and implementation of information systems for different business domains. His specializes in Software Architecture, Big Data, Analytics, Distributed Systems, and Massively Parallel Processing.

Nadia Petkova

Nadia Petkova, Director, Enterprise Information Management, Vena Solutions

As Director of Enterprise Information Management, Nadia leads the Business Intelligence function at Vena and paves the path forward towards a more data-driven organization.

With a wealth of leadership experience in Big Data, Analytics and Technology Delivery, Nadia is adept at building enterprise data strategy and DataOps teams from the ground-up. Nadia holds a Master’s of Software Engineering from the Technical University of Sofia and an Executive Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.

Darrell Cox

Darrell Cox, Chief Financial Officer, Vena Solutions

As Chief Financial Officer, Darrell designs the forward-looking business strategies and long-range financial plans that sustain Vena’s growth.

With more than 15 years of senior leadership experience in finance and business development, Darrell is adept at assembling, directing and managing knowledgeable, dynamic Finance teams for such Fortune 500 companies as Virgin Mobile and Rogers Communication. As the former VP of Finance at FreshBooks, Darrell built a high-performance Finance team and led the development of key business strategies, management KPIs and an entire system conversion. Darrell is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, with a focus on Finance and Economics.
