Global technology solution provider SoftServe is celebrating another stellar year in its 22 year history, having achieved 30% global growth (CAGR) over five years and tripled its European business in 2015.

The company also expanded its global consulting capabilities, supporting its transition from technology and software outsourcing to becoming an end-to-end solution provider.

SoftServe increased its global headcount to 4,000, driven by the expansion of its user experience team in Austin; opening a new 7-storey European HQ in Lviv, Ukraine; and the opening of a new larger office in Wroclaw, Poland to complement the company’s first European software development center that opened in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2014.

SoftServe further developed its service offerings to provide an end to end management of big data analytics, Internet of Things, cloud, security and UX design solutions, while leveraging the SoftServe Experience that is at the heart of everything it does and which was reflected in its November rebranding. The company has secured more than 50 new customers over the past year including large organisations such as Bayer, Relayware, CSC, SunGard, and Shell Retail Ukraine. The company’s customer base now spans a range of vertical industries including healthcare, high tech, retail, education, HR and automotive.

“Our primary objective is to serve our clients in a way that drives their success. When we do this, everything else takes care of itself,” explains Chris Baker, Acting Chief Executive Officer, SoftServe. “We had another great year of growth in 2015, including continued record expansion in Europe. Our track record of growth is possible because of the commitment we make into understanding the business need behind the solutions we provide. The combination of incredibly smart associates with great business understanding enables our clients to leverage complex technologies and gain a competitive edge."

Baker continued: “We will continue to invest in R&D over the coming year, further developing our ability to help clients evaluate and commercialize disruptive technologies such as IoT services and connected healthcare, while continuing to deliver the premium customer service we are renowned for.”

Over the past year SoftServe has also been recognized by a number of industry awards including 2015 IT Europa European IT & Software Excellence Award, The 2015 Global Outsourcing 100® Leader and YTexas featured 50.
