SoftServe Recognizes 32 Universities at First Global Educational Partners Award Ceremony

Global event highlights collaboration between academia and industry to bridge the AI skills gap in higher education.

LVIV, Ukraine (March 19, 2026) SoftServe, a digital engineering and technology consulting company, hosted its first Global Educational Partners Award Ceremony, bringing together universities, educators, and global experts from industry and international organizations to strengthen collaboration between academia and the technology sector.

Held online on March 18, the event united SoftServe’s global academic ecosystem of more than 8,000 educators working with the company across 96 universities worldwide. During the ceremony, 32 universities across Poland, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania, Mexico, Colombia, and Chile were recognized for their outstanding partnership and contribution to advancing technology education and preparing future-ready talent.

The ceremony also featured strategic discussions on the future of technical talent. Experts from SoftServe, Gartner, the European Commission, and partner universities explored how emerging technologies are reshaping skill requirements and transforming learning practices for the next generation of technology professionals.

As AI and emerging technologies continue to reshape the global workforce, closer collaboration between universities and industry is now essential for workforce readiness.
