Oleksandr Yavlinsky leads the Retail and Supply Chain practice at SoftServe. He and his team focus holistically on the product lifecycle in a value chain. This ranges from manufacturing to W&T, SC planning and S&OP, to brick&mortar and Ecommerce Retail. Before joining SoftServe, Oleksandr drove business transformation for companies such as Procter & Gamble and Coty Inc.

Oleksii Reutov, Data Science Engineering Manager

Oleksii Reutov is Data Science Enthusiast, Inspirational Leader, Author of scientific articles regarding modelling and optimal decision-making. 

Oleksii joined SoftServe in 2019 as a Senior Data Scientist. Has more than 15 years of experience in IT on different positions, providing services in finance, retail, and marketing domains. Currently, Oleksii holds the position of Data Science Engineering Manager at SoftServe – Leader in Digital Services and Consulting. In his spare time, Oleksii is interested in Quantum Machine Learning and Sci-Fi literature.

Ioanna Pona, Director, Product Management & BA CoE

Ioanna leads Product Management and BA CoE at SoftServe focused on accelerating customer’s digital journey with innovative products & services – starting from problem framing, user and market research, solution concept design to implementation and launch. Ioanna combines engineering and business methodologies to support cross-disciplinary teams with operational and transformational product development initiatives from an exploratory problem exploration phase through launch and business integration for companies ranging from non-profits to Fortune 500s. 
Farid Gharazeddine

Farid Gharazeddine, Customer Engineer, Data Analytics, Google Cloud

Farid Gharazeddine is a Customer Engineer on the Google Cloud team in Dubai. He specializes in Data Analytics and Application Modernization and focuses on the Retail industry where he helps some of the biggest retailers leverage their data to improve their customer experiences. He also has experience in the Digital Advertising industry as a result of the years he spent on the Ads team at Google. In his spare time, Farid loves to fly airplanes and is extremely curious about Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM).
