The study, which surveyed nearly 18 000 employees and 240 senior leaders, was conducted to show an unbiased picture of employee satisfaction across Ukrainian companies and identify Ukraine’s Best Employers. The rating included two categories: large businesses and medium and small businesses (SMB).
