Yaroslav Lyubinets – Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors

Having joined SoftServe in 1995, Mr. Lyubinets acted on various engineering, client facing and management positions. In 1997, he was appointed as a Vice President of Engineering. Over the years, his responsibilities included driving all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from requirements and testing to quality standards and release to client success. Mr. Lyubinets graduated from the Applied Mathematics Faculty of Lviv National Ivan Franko University in Ukraine, and obtained a Ph.D. in Computer Science. For over fifteen years, he has been a research staff member and a professor at the Lviv National Polytechnic University, teaching information systems related courses. In 2007, Mr. Lyubinets completed the Presidents` MBA program at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, and in 2013 he graduated from Harvard Business School.

Guillaume Kendall – Director, Fintech & Distributed Ledger Technology

Guillaume Kendall is Director, Fintech & Distributed Ledger Technology at SoftServe. He joined the Financial Services team in 2017 with over a decade of experience in high-performance technology for capital markets. Guillaume specializes in the benefits of leveraging the technology of tomorrow to understand, enhance, and customize customer experiences. He also launched the Commodities Blockchain Consortium in 2015.

Antonina Skrypnyk – Head of Fintech Lab

Antonina is a Product Manager at SoftServe. With more than 9 years of experience in finances (corporate crediting, credit portfolio management, investment projects financing), she has been a Project Manager, Finance Analyst and a consultant with numbers of successful projects engagement, execution, coordination and analysis in finance and banking industry.

The British Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (“BUCC”) brings together British, Ukrainian and International companies and individuals doing business in Ukraine or the UK, including in the City of London, the financial capital of Europe, Kyiv and Lviv, as well as the US, Middle-East and Asia.
