SoftServe is proud to announce its success in the fourth annual CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Awards, winning the ‘IT Services Firm of the Year – CEE (excluding Poland)’ category.

The independent jury reviewed more than 177 nominations, and winners were announced at the Awards Gala on February 4, 2016, at Warsaw's Hotel Intercontinental, Poland.

SoftServe received the Award for its sustainable business and delivery excellence in the Central and Eastern Europe outsourcing sector in 2015. The company’s exceptional performance was demonstrated by the following projects:

  • “Security Assessment for Shell Retail Ukraine” - SoftServe’s security experts defined the most effective approach to eliminate network vulnerabilities for Shell Retail Ukraine.
  • “Agile Transformation for Kyivstar” – SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) process transformation and optimization which significantly improved Kyivstar’s time to market and ability to respond effectively to changes in the market.

SoftServe has development centers in Ukraine, Poland and Bulgaria and in November 2015, SoftServe opened a larger development center in Wroclaw Poland to meet growing demand for its product and application development and services from customers across the world.

“Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) is well-established as a world-class destination for Shared Services centers and BPO investment. We are happy that SoftServe already has a strong presence in the area and has demonstrated an exceptionally innovative approach and success over the past year,” said Thom Barnhardt, organizer of the CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Awards, and publisher of the annual directory “CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Directory”.

“We are delighted that our contribution to the CEE region has been recognized and are honored to have been awarded the ‘IT Services Firm of the Year – CEE (excluding Poland)’ award, particularly as so many of our development centers are in this region. Our extensive experience in the industry and our investment up front to understand our clients’ goals and build a trusting relationship, helps us serve our clients in a way that drives their success.” said Juan Turruellas, Executive Vice President World Wide Business Development, SoftServe.
