In a testament to the strength of Salesforce’s solutions, Gartner Inc. has recognized Salesforce as a Leader in its Magic Quadrant for Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Application Suites for the fourth year in a row—and this year, Salesforce CPQ has climbed to the second position for the first time.
Salesforce shared the exciting news in a recent announcement and made it a point to say that these honors reflect the hard work of all its customers, partners, and employees.

Gartner is recognizing Salesforce CPQ as a leading service in part for its customer buying experience and ability to expand past single sales to create recurring revenue. Salesforce manages this so effectively by automating the entire revenue lifecycle on one platform from quote-to-cash while understanding the unique needs of every industry.
Gartner’s announcement highlights features such as Salesforce CPQ’s ability to manage complex product configurations with click-to-customize functionality. In addition, Salesforce CPQ delivers a combination of quick and accurate quotes, guided selling, seamless integration with partner communities, pricing guardrails, and upsell and cross-sell opportunities within a single automated platform.
