It reduced the time to find internal information by using one tool to ascertain cross platform capabilities for Agentspace by proving Google could talk to Sharepoint services. The internal user community of up to 50 active POC test users included cross functional teams from business and IT groups across Europe & the U.S.

In another example, a firm’s HR department was able to deliver quick answers to common questions, such as benefits, leave policies and onboarding, through an AI-powered assistant. AgentSpace was able to unify data from multiple system locations including internal Wikis, policy documents and HR systems enabling employees to find answers or request updates seamlessly.

In deploying its AgentSpace Accelerator, SoftServe begins by understanding enterprise knowledge workflows, pain points and success criteria. We then evaluate data readiness (availability and ACL alignment etc…) confirm connectors and review security and compliance status and finally identify the preliminary scope of the pilot.

We then establish the findings from the discovery phase and align those with business goals, use case prioritization and success metrics to develop the POV roadmap and final scope.

Putting this to work means enabling search, summarization and baseline generative assistant capabilities and onboarding up to 50 test users to evaluate content relevance, summarization quality and compliance with ACL’s. Finally, the AgentSpace environment is configured with the data connectors to provide feedback on research and generative assistant performance and establish next-step recommendations. It should all be completed within four weeks.
